The OPEN & QUARTERS track is for athletes preparing for the CrossFit Open and/or quarterfinals and athletes who have 1.5-2 hours to train. The SEMIS & GAMES track is for athletes preparing for semifinals and/or Games and those who want to crush multi-day throwdowns. We’re committed to helping you prepare better so you can perform better in the sport of CrossFit.
