The MS Kognition exercises were developed together with experts and offer special, scientifically based exercises in the following areas:

- Attention: Focused and divided attention
- Memory: working memory, long-term memory, name memory
- Executive functions: word finding, planning & problem solving ability

The exercises usually have several levels of difficulty that can be completed.

After each round of practice, you will immediately receive an evaluation with the current result and the previous result history. In addition, your records are collected in statistics that you can share with friends.

The app is not only suitable for people with MS, but also for anyone who wants to train and improve general cognitive skills relevant to everyday life in a playful way.

MS Cognition was approved by the independent patient organization German Multiple Sclerosis Society, Bundesverband e. V. (DMSG) and its regional association in Baden-Württemberg, AMSEL, Aktion Multiple Sclerosis sufferers e.V., realized with financial support from the Techniker Krankenkasse.
