Who are we?
We’re thursday° - the dating movement that brings your city’s single population together under one roof. We’re not a traditional dating app, we’re against the serial swiping culture and we’re certainly not a ticketed singles event. thursday° is the facilitator of real, in-person connections in pressureless, safe environments for your city’s single community. Oh, and we’re totally free to attend.
How does it work?
Think of us as a weekly magnet that drops in over 60 cities around the world. Our purpose? To attract singles like you, to a designated spot so you can mingle, in person, under one roof. thursday° will show you your city’s weekly singles pop ups, known as thursday° Bars, and you can decide whether or not you’d like to be counted in for that week’s meetup or not.
Can I match with people?
While we don’t see ourselves as a dating app, thursday° has a match and chat function which serves as a great pre meet-up icebreaker. You can connect with the whole thursday° community in your city (and abroad) and if someone catches your eye, all you have to do is persuade them to attend that week’s pop-up.
Time to get off screen and in person. Afterall, aren’t you bored of love stories starting with a swipe?
