Each beat is it’s own discussion featuring it’s  own timeline and privacy settings – you can choose to share your beat with select people, share with the entire Lyf community, or wear a mask to be completely anonymous.

We also offer internal links to our companion app, Lyf Support, now available in the App Store. 24/7 text based chat to mental health experts for professional guidance, no appointments needed.
